Indigenous Education

What is your approach to Indigenous education and reconciliation in schools?

Nanaimo Ladysmith Public Schools is located on the traditional territories of the Snuneymuxw, Snaw-Naw-As and Stz’uminus First Nations. The district supports Indigenous students and brings Indigenous knowledge and perspectives into schools.

We ask trustee candidates about their approach to Indigenous education and reconciliation.
